New IQOS ILUMA customers purchasing a Starter Kit from an authorised IQOS stockist may be invited to purchase four packs of TEREA for £10 by redeeming a voucher that we provide. To participate, follow the instructions provided in the invitation we send to you; they will also form part of these terms and conditions.
Your voucher will last for seven days from date of receipt unless we tell you otherwise. The voucher can be used once, is for your personal use only and must not be shared. Vouchers can only be redeemed in participating retailers and are not valid for online purchases of any kind. Redemption is subject to the retailer’s stock availability. Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The TEREA blends Blue, Green and Mauve are not available in Northern Ireland.
IQOS and participating stockists reserve the right to refuse a voucher (and to serve you) where there are reasonable grounds to believe (a) these terms and conditions have been breached, and or (b) a voucher has been obtained, or is attempted to be used, fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the law.
IQOS will not be responsible to you for:
- (a) the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third party involved in the administration and redemption of the voucher;
- (b) any faulty, failed or incorrect electronic data transmissions;
- (c) unauthorised access to, theft, loss, alteration or destruction of the voucher;
- (d) failures relating to any equipment, systems, internet connections, servers or computers utilised in any aspect of the voucher redemption mechanics; or
- (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
